• Compliance statementsFMVSS; ADA (49 CFR Part 38) and FTA Altoona testing (49 CFR Part 665) where the purchase requires them; Buy America; FTA transit vehicle manufacturer eligibility; DBE Liaison Officer.
• Warranty3 years / 36,000 miles on the conversion, 5 years / 100,000 miles on the structure, 7 years on the subfloor; other equipment carries its manufacturer's warranty; nothing prorates; replacement parts available at least 2 years past the warranty.
• Lead time3 to 6 months after the signed order, deposit and chassis; 3 to 4 months after the signed order, deposit and trailer for a trailer.
• Vendor packet listW-9, Buy America certificate, FTA TVM eligibility (FTA list), Indiana certificates, capability statement, references, certificate of insurance, and HLE's registration IDs (SAM UEI, CAGE). What is in it.
